Peggy Lou Spence

Peggy Lou Spence, 80 of Huntington, WV passed away Sunday, September 9, 2018 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 12 at Dock's Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV by Pastor David Fairburn. Peggy was born January 26, 1938 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late William Lester and Irene Ferris Watts. She was a member of United Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Eugene Spence, Sr., one daughter, Teresa Lynn Spence Caldwell; three brothers, William Gary Watts, Peter Altop and Earl Altop and two sisters, Shirley Ann Watts and Patsy Jean Ray. Survivors include, two sons: Thomas E. Spence, Jr. (Dreama) of Huntington, Timothy B. Spence (Debra) Huntington, and one daughter, Sandra Sue(Andy) Estep of Huntington,two sisters-in-law: Lou Altop of TX and Barbara Altop of South Point, Ohio and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
