Penny Lynn Bates

Penny Lynn Bates passed away at her home on Saturday the 7th of October 2017. Penny was a Medical Tech. at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born on February 4, 1953 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late Art and Ginger Christian Chinn. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Don Bates, sister: Bobby Jean McCloud and a nephew Bear McCloud. She is survived by her son: William 'Billy' Bartam and daughter: Hannah Bartram both of Huntington. Two grandchildren: Josh and Jessica Bartram of Middeltown, Ohio and Britani Bartram of Huntington, WV. Two great grandchildren: Carson and Owen Bartram of Middeltown, Ohio Nieces and Nephews: Ralph and Ramona McCloud of Myrtle Beach, SC and Lesley and Scott Thomas of Proctorville, Ohio.
