Rebecca Sharlene White

Rebecca Sharlene "Becky" White 67 of Huntington, WV passed away April 25, 2018. She was born June 18, 1950 in Huntington, WV; a daughter of Garland Roger White and Mayme Merdella Sperry White. Becky was very happy to sit in her wheelchair and wave at people as they drove by on Spring Valley Drive, making so many peoples day that she was once nominated as Hometown Hero. She was a sweet soul to all who knew her. She never complained despite all her limitations and inspired many with her positive attitude. She was preceded in death by her father and her brother, David A. White. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, her mother, Mayme M. White and her many friends at Kenova United Methodist Church. Funeral services for Becky will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2018, at Abbey of Remembrance at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, WV.
