Robert Edgar Spangler

Robert Edgar Spangler, 77, of Huntington, WV., passed away Thursday July 27, 2023 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington.  He was born August 3, 1945 in Portsmouth, VA, a son of the late John England Spangler and Rose Della Webb Spangler.  He was a retired law enforcement officer and a veteran of the US Air Force.  He is survived by his longtime companion Ella Mae Means.  According to his wishes there will be no services.  Reger Funeral Home, Huntington is assisting the family with arrangements.  www.regerfh.com.
