Robert Perry Chaffin

Robert Perry Chaffin, 91, of Fayetville, North Carolina, passed away on Monday July 5, 2021 at the Highland House in Fayetville, N.C. Robert was born on February 22, 1930 in Fort Gay, WV to the late Christopher Franklin and America Perry Chaffin. Robert was a truck driver for Sunoco. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 72 years Juanita Chaffin; and all of his siblings, Opal Smith, Ruby Bierdorf, Anna Hubner, and William Chaffin. Robert is survived by his two children, Michael P. Chaffin and Susan Lindsley; four granchildren, Stephen Lindsley, Sarah Lindsley, Katherine Lindsley, and Evan Lindsley; ten great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held for the family. Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
