Robert Travis Simpkins 67, of Scott Depot, WV passed away March 10, 2018. He was born October 11, 1950 in Red Jacket, WV the son of Ira Wetzel Simpkins and Lois Ann Johnson. Robert was preceded in death by his father and leaves behind family and friends to mourn his loss. There will be no services.Ck18-020
