Robert Wayne "Bob" Fitzpatrick

Robert Wayne “Bob” Fitzpatrick, 87, of Huntington, WV went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the Huntington Veterans Administration Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 11:30 at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastors Bob Huron and Jeff Wickert. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Kenova, WV. Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post 93 and Masonic Rites conducted by Crescent Lodge 32 AF&AM. Bob was born on June 17, 1929 in Huntington, WV the son of the late James Monroe and Helen Marie Carter Fitzpatrick. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years Dorothy Ann Wagers Fitzpatrick. One son James David Fitzpatrick and two brothers: James Edwin and Paul Stanley Fitzpatrick. Bob was owner of Fitzpatrick Furniture store for over 54 years, a member of the Westmoreland Church of Christ for over 60 years, a 32nd Degree Mason and member of Crescent Lodge 32 AF&AM, Ceredo, WV for over 50 years and served in the US army during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his daughter and son in law: Terilyn and Roger Mitchell, sister: Helen Dolores Ward, sister in law; Fern Fitzpatrick Wilson, special niece and nephew: Timothy and Sharon Fitzpatrick, a Host of nieces and nephews and a special friend and care giver: Jamie Berglund.
