Roger Meade

Roger Meade, 51, of Huntington, died January 27, 2011 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born March 8, 1959 in Louisa, KY to the late Paul Edward Meade and Julia Ann (Adkins) Jarvis. He is survived by two sons Michael Scott Meade of Oklahoma, and Luke Meade of Indiana. Additional survivors include three sisters, Hazel Powell of Kenova, Linda Meade of Florida, and Sylvia Faul of Tennessee, along with two brothers Paul Meade of Huntington, and Jack Meade of North Carolina. A memorial service was held Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church with Danny Jones officiating. Burial will follow at a later date. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donation to the St. Joseph Catholic 526 13th St., Huntington, WV 25701-2423.
