Ronald Dale Hampton, 62, of Huntington, WV., went home to be with the Lord, Monday March 4, 2024. where he suddenly passed away at his residence.

Ronald, also known as “Ronnie”, was born to the late Bernard and Betty F. Hampton on September 24, 1961, in Huntington, WV.

Ronnie was known for his unconditional love of his daughter, Courtney. He instilled love, trust and loyalty in her and cherished his time as a dad. He was a Navy veteran and had a strong and tenacious work ethic.

He had a passion for golf and is finally spending every day on the perfect golf course, making a hole in 1 with every swing.

Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Courtney Hampton. He is also survived by his siblings, Deborah (Robert), Allen, Bernadine Hampton and Mack Hampton, along with several nieces and nephews.

In his honor, we will have a Celebration of Life held for close family and friends at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday March 17, 2024, until service time at 1:30 p.m., at the Prince of Peace Freewill Baptist Church, 4637 Piedmont Road, Huntington, WV. As he lovingly said at the end of every conversation with Courtney, Love you, See you, Miss you, Bye!
