Ronald Lee Maynard

RONALD LEE MAYNARD, 79, of Huntington, husband of Thena Maynard, passed away on February 9, 2014, at home with his family. Ronald was born November 3, 1934, and married Thena Frasher Maynard on June 24, 1955. He is an Air Force veteran and retired from Owens-Illinois Glass Company after 42 years of service. Ronald is the son of the late Lafe and Jennie Belle Maynard, brother to Danny and Beverly Maynard and Deloris Jean Maynard who have predeceased him. Ronald is survived by his wife Thena Maynard, daughter Michele Rene Maynard Parsons, her husband Dale Parsons, grandson Jacob Parsons and his fiance Melissa Logan. He is the brother of Kay and Todd Ball and uncle to Mark Spencer, Angela Maynard Dobbins, Crystal Maynard-Janes, and the late Danny Maynard Jr. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2014, at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington, by Rev. Jamie Bailey. Burial will follow in Community Memorial Gardens, Wayne, W.Va. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
