Russell Good

Russell Johnathan Good, 47, of Kenova, W.Va., departed this Earth to be with the Lord on Friday, December 23, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 1:00pm at the Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel, Ceredo, W.Va. Russell was born in Huntington, W.Va., the son of Linda Hodge of Kenova, WV and the late Terry Good of Prichard, W.Va. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Russell Leroy Good and Mildred Ray; maternal grandparents, John Bradley and Catherine Topping Bradley; uncle, Russell Good; aunts, Mary Taylor and Connie Dean; brother, Terry “Boobie” Good Jr.; cousin, James Dean; and niece, Alyssa Corliss. Russell served in the United States Army. He leaves behind his mother and step-dad (although he only knew and claimed him as dad) Cloyd and Linda Hodge of Kenova, W.Va.; two daughters, Isabella and Rachel Good of Rhode Island; as well as one granddaughter, Sofia; brother, Daniel Good of Ashland, KY; sisters, Tammy Barrett of Kenova, W.Va., Niki Hammonds of Huntington, W.Va., Tabitha Music of Ashland, KY and Terra Good of Va.; as well as all of his nephews and nieces and a host of many other family members and friends. Russell was loved and will be missed by many. Friends may call from 12:00pm until service time at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Ceredo, W.Va.
