Shaun Wriston Carver

Shaun Wriston �Porkchop� Carver, 20, of Huntington, WV, went to be with the Lord on June 4, 2009. Shaun was born March 7, 1989 to Mary L. Kirk Carver and Freddie J. Morrison Jr. Shaun played football for West Little League, Vinson Middle School, and Spring Valley High School. He was a 2007 graduate of Spring Valley High School. Shaun coached football for Vinson Little League for the last two years. Shaun was preceded in death by his great grandmother Letitia Sheets and grandfather James B. Kirk. In addition to his parents, his is survived by his son Braedyn Cole Carver and his mother Jordan Vickers, grandmother Marilyn Kirk, sister Kristy Stover, brother in law Jason Stover, niece Patience Stover, aunt & uncle Cherrie & Freddie Sizemore and cousin Aaron Sizemore. There were also three very special people in Shaun�s life Bobby Fielder, Pat Atkins and Linda Carmona. Shaun was surrounded by many special people that contributed to the special man and father that he was. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Braedyn Cole Carver Trust Fund in care of Universal Federal Credit Union 317 31st St., Huntington, WV 25702. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday June 8, 2009 at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home at 1:00pm with Reverend Truman Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday June 7, 2009 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
