Tammy Jane Fulks

Tammy Jane Fulks, 54, of Huntington, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was a social worker for Cammack Childrens Center. She loved singing, dancing, and music and cherished her dog Haylie. Tammy was born on March 21, 1966 in Huntington, WV to the late Jack Woodrow and Joan Henson Fulks, Sr. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Dale Fulks and her twin brother, Jack Fulks, Jr. She is survived her niece, Sierra Fulks; one brother, Kim Tye; two sisters, Karen Gast and Kathy Jackson; and a sister-in-law, Betty Stone.
