Theresa Madeline Adkins 57, of Ashland, KY passed away on May 28, 2018 at Kings Daughter Medical Center. She was born December 3, 1960 in Baltimore, MD to the late Joseph Gary Pittman and Rosemarie Theresa Hadjian. Theresa leaves behind to cherish her memory, her only son, Robert Michael Adkins; brother, Joe Adkins (Terri); sister, Diana Bowen (JL). Also left behind are her niece, Charlene Rice, nephews; Joey Adkins, Keith Adkins, Greg Noe and a host of other family and friends. At this time there will be no services.
