Tonya Renee Zeek, 45, of Ashland, KY passed away on May 15, 2019. She was born November 27, 1974 in Martin County, KY; a daughter of Jerry Lee Patrick, Sr. and Darlene Jude. She was preceded in death by her mother. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, her father, Jerry Lee Patrick, Sr. (Kathleen); her children, Brandon Lee Zeek and Hannah Shae Zeek; her brother, Jerry Lee Patrick, Jr. (Diana); and one grandchild, Phoebe Martin.
