Vickie Lee Cooper

Vickie Lee Cooper, 62 of Huntington, WV, loving sister, mother and grandmother passed over to be united with her family and our Heavenly Father on Friday, September 2, 2016 at her home. She was born September 9, 1953 in Huntington, WV to the late Donald Moore and Kay Frances Casey both of Huntington, WV. She was also the step daughter of the late Walter A. Taylor. She was preceded in death by two sisters Terry Diane Layman and Brenda Newton. Survivors include one sister, Beverly Lynn Davis of Huntington, WV, and one brother Donald R. Moore, Jr. of Chillicothe, Ohio. She was the mother of two daughters; Vickie Smith of Barboursville, WV, and Kristie Skinner of Proctorville, Ohio. Two sons, Gary Wayne Cooper, Jr., and William Christopher Mann, Jr. both of Huntington WV. She was also blessed with 15 grandchildren: Tyler Joseph Brown, Jacob Scott Vititoe, Sierra Nicole Hughes, James Anthony Bassett, Gary Wayne Cooper, III, Jade Emily Cooper, Austin William Cooper, Curtis Allen Hooser, Matthew Douglas Hooser, Russell Lee Hooser, Caleb Andrew Mann, Emilee Jane Mann, Kassie Claxon, Wayne Moore and Jacque Claxon. In addition, eight great grandchildren: Rylan Jayce Anthony Bassett, Jayda Brooke Bassett. Jayme Michelle Jo Bassett, Cameron Micheal Brown, Urijah Gardner, Annabell Moore, Kylar Moore, and Phoenix Terry survive her as well. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, September 12 from 1:30 PM until 2:30 pm at Christ Temple Church, 2400 Johnstown Road, Huntington, WV.
