Violet Ruby Norris

Violet Ruby Norris, 85 of Huntington, WV passed away on August 11, 2014 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born on July 16, 1929 in Hurricane, WV; a daughter of the late Roy Cecil Moss and Myrtle Jane (Taylor) Moss. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Deborah Lynn Nelson. She leaves behind to mourn her loss her children John Dawson Norris of Kenova, WV, Gregory Cecil Norris (Kathryn) of Gainesville, GA and Jeanette Sue Bowen (Lowell) of Spring Valley, WV and her siblings Hank Moss, Elizabeth Vanmeter, Leona Daniels, Rodney Moss and Harold Moss. Also surviving are her 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; along with her other cousins, friends and relatives. The family wishes to extend a heart-felt thank you to her �special� granddaughter Glenda Wilks for all the wonderful care she gave her grandmother. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 1:30 PM with Pastor Warren officiating with burial to follow at Spring Valley Memorial Gardens.
