Virginia Louise Copley

Virginia Louise Copley, 76 of Kenova, WV passed away on May 17, 2014. She was born on September 13, 1937 in Marshall County, KY; the daughter of James Kelly Mathis and Retha (Butler) Mathis. She was preceded in death by her parents, her step-mother Pearl Mathis, and her sister, Martha Nell Sweet and grandson, Michael Anthony Perry. She leaves behind to mourn her loss her husband, Richard Thomas Copley, her daughters, Cleta (Perry) Kitts of Huntington, WV and Debra (Dean) Cusatis of Graham, NC; her brother James Kelly Mathis Jr. and her step-brother Bobby Payne and step-sister, Jackie Dreon. Also surviving are her four grandchildren: Thomas Perry III, Melanie Davis, Perry Kitts Jr. and Justin Kitts; her eight great-grandchildren: Samantha, Kennedy and Drake Davis, Jessica, and Natalie Perry and Jade, Melody and Calliope Kitts. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at noon with Pastor Scott Byard officiating; burial will follow at Dock�s Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV.
