Warren S. Turner, 86 of Proctorville,OH, died Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at the VA Medical Center in Huntington. Funeral services will be 10am Monday at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Rev. David Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Charleston, WV. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Saturday at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home.
