William Clinton Blackburn

William Clinton Blackburn, 66 of Huntington, WV passed away on December 18, 2015 at the VA Medical Center in Huntington. He was born on November 12, 1949 in Pinson Fork, KY; a son of the late William Blackburn and Juanita Charles. He leaves behind to mourn his loss; wife, Patricia Ann Harris Blackburn, his children; William, Brandy and Brandon. Also surviving are his siblings. His wishes were to be cremated, so he will be cremated by Tri-State Cremation Society. The family will have a memorial service for him at a later date. 15-064
