William Leard Taylor

William L. Taylor, 70, of Huntington, WV passed away on Monday at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 6:00 pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Minister Alan Cole. Burial will follow on Thursday at 11:00 am at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East, Greenup, KY William was retired from C&P Telephone Company and veteran of the US Army He was a member of the 26th Street Church of Christ and a member of the C&P Pioneers. William was born on February 26, 1941 in Huntington, WV the son of the late Thomas Taylor and Mary Brammer Taylor Jones. He is survived by his wife Donna Hughes Taylor, two sons and daughters in law: William Bill and Whitney Taylor of Huntington, Brady and Samantha Taylor of Blacksburg, VA. Three sisters: Ellen Marcum, Gail Ashworth and Nancy Ashworth Four brothers in laws and one sister in law: Brent, Charles, Lawrence and Vernard Hughes and Veria Hicks.
