William Marshall "Billy" Howell

William Marshall 'Billy' Howell, 53. of Huntington,WV passed away December 25, 2017 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born on March 23, 1974 in Fairview Park, Ohio the son Patricia Beckett Chapman and the late Eugene Howell. Billy was a care giver with Rescare. In addition to his mother he is survived by his son Christopher Howell of Huntington, a brother: John Chapman of Barboursville, WV and a sister: Gina Howell of Huntington, WV.
